Public Question from Mr Kieran Stringer

Given the projected growth in SEND need in Brighton & Hove, and the importance of supporting disabled young people as they move into adulthood, will the Council undertake or commission an integrated 5-, 10- and 15-year assessment of future demand for adult disability support — including day opportunities, respite, supported living, residential care and the impact of family-carer breakdown and compare that projected demand with the capacity the city expects to have available?
